ResidencyCAS continues to deliver meaningful, measurable fee relief for applicants. Across both OB/GYN and Emergency Medicine in the 2025–2026 cycle, the ResidencyCAS fee structure resulted in total applicant savings of more than $1.35 million in application fees. The Fee Waiver Program also continues to expand access—covering the first 30 applications for all eligible applicants, including those who previously received a fee waiver during the medical-school application process. These savings translate directly into greater flexibility and reduced financial barriers for applicants entering the Match.
