ResidencyCAS is the centralized application service for medical residency programs, providing a platform to manage applications, interviews, and communication all in one place.
Applicants can use ResidencyCAS to:
- Apply to participating residency programs
- Signal participating programs
- Request documents supporting the application, such as MSPEs, transcripts, LORs/SLOEs, and USMLE / COMLEX scores
- Schedule and participate in interviews with participating programs
For the 2025-2026 application cycle launching on June 4, 2025, these specialties are expected to accept applications in ResidencyCAS:

- Emergency Medicine/Aerospace Medicine

Ready to apply? U.S. MD and DO applicants should always begin by contacting their degree-granting medical school to gain access to the ResidencyCAS application. Canadian Medical graduates should begin by contacting CaRMS for assistance. International Medical Graduates (IMGs) should begin by contacting the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) to start the process.
